Independent matching service

Home Hazard Help is an independent intake and matching service. We are not a contractor, home inspector, insurer, engineer, mold assessor, radon professional, or emergency response provider.

No emergency service

If there is immediate danger, active flooding, structural instability, fire, gas odor, electrical hazard, or medical concern, contact emergency services or the relevant utility/provider directly.

No guarantee

We may introduce a local provider, but we do not guarantee availability, pricing, licensing, workmanship, diagnosis, or project outcome. Homeowners should verify credentials, insurance, scope, and terms before hiring any provider.

Provider participation

Providers are responsible for their own licensing, advertising claims, consumer communications, pricing, estimates, contracts, warranties, safety practices, and compliance with applicable law.

Provider purchases and billing

Provider purchases may include monthly territory access, qualified lead credits, or booked appointment fees as described on the pricing page. Provider purchases are for online routing access and lead-related records only; they do not include contractor work, inspection work, warranties, emergency response, or guaranteed job outcomes.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refund policy

Provider purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and any non-waivable rights handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
